My summary
Last August education to be more was established . The report was of theNew Zealand governments early childhood care and education working group. It enhances equity of access and better funding for both chilld care and early childhood education institutions.
According to A13- year study of early childhood development at Harvard University displayed that ,by the age of three , most children have potential to undestand about 1000 words. Furthermore  one of researches has shown that while every child is born with curisity ,it can be suppressed dramatically during the second and third years of life as well as claims that the human personality is formed during the first two years of life. The research indicates that young people from poorer socio-economic backgrounds to do less well in educational system,and that observed in some countries including NewZealand ,Austuralia ,Britain and America.

  1. Hi Sultan. Arguably the most important information in a summary is the SOURCE, i.e. WHERE the information comes from. If you look at my example (http://indeliblemarks.blogspot.com/2011/05/economist-editorial-on-av.html), you'll see that I try hard to make it clear that the information comes from an editorial in the Economist. I even provide a link to the original text. This is important information for the reader, so you need to include it in your summary.

    It's also very important to try to write a summary IN YOUR OWN words. I think that you are trying to summarise a text from an IELTS Reading Exam, but many of the words and phrases here are exactly the same as in the original text. Perhaps if you try writing about what you found INTERESTING or SURPRISING about the text you have read, you will force yourself to use your own words.

  2. There is one point I'd like to make about writing a summary. A good summary should only present the main points of the text, hopefully from each paragraph of the text. Detaials such as numbers or names of places are unlikely to be included unless they are crucial information.
